We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who enjoys turning ideas into great design. Someone who understands our brand, brings creativity to the table, and knows how to capture the attention of our clients’ audiences.
Why work with GrowedIn?
Self-growth
We put growth first. Money pays the bills, but growth builds confidence. Both matter, and we help you pursue both.
No micromanagement
We hate it. Your manager will guide you during the first few weeks as you get familiar with the system. After that, we trust you to get the work done without tracking every minute.
Impact
You don’t need to be in the leadership team to make a difference. One of our interns once suggested monthly “fun” meetings, and we made it happen in less than three days. Good ideas are always welcome.
Who will you work with?
You’ll collaborate with teams led by Keyur (CEO), Suraj (Head of VisualOS), and Aditi (Head of BrandingOS), working together to create designs that bring ideas to life.
What will you do?
As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for:
Assisting in the design of user-friendly interfaces for websites and digital products.
Supporting the team with wireframes, visual mockups, and simple interactive prototypes.
Making small improvements to existing user flows based on feedback and guidance.
Helping maintain visual consistency by following brand guidelines and shared design systems.
Collaborating with designers and developers to bring ideas to life.
What outcomes will we expect?
Research and analysis
Support research efforts by gathering inspiration, exploring competitor designs, and helping summarize user feedback.
Design delivery
Contribute to clean, clear design work that’s on-brand and easy to use — from screens to components.
Feedback implementation
Take feedback positively and use it to refine designs, with a goal of learning and reducing rework over time.
Staying updated
Stay curious and open to new design tools, UI patterns, and best practices through self-learning or team sessions.
Creative input
Bring fresh design ideas and thoughtful suggestions to improve how our products look and feel.
What are the required skills?
Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for creating wireframes, UI screens, and basic prototypes
Basic understanding of design principles — including hierarchy, spacing, alignment, color usage, and typography suited for digital interfaces
Ability to follow and apply existing design systems, grids, and component libraries
Willingness to receive and apply feedback constructively to improve design quality
Clear communication, including the ability to present design rationale and document design choices when needed
Comfort using collaboration tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom to work with cross-functional teams
Eagerness to understand how design fits into the larger development cycle, including handoff to developers
What are some additional, nice-to-have skills?
Exposure to wireframing and simple prototype
Interest in user behavior, usability, and accessibility
Some knowledge of responsive design or mobile-first layouts
Curiosity about design systems or working with components
Awareness of how design and development work together
What will you learn?
A comprehensive understanding of how marketing agencies operate and deliver value to clients.
Techniques to create designs that stand out and drive results.
Productivity hacks to enhance your workflow and efficiency.
Anything else you want (No kidding, we let you take whatever course you want. That’s on us!).
When will you work?
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break).
We encourage you to log off when the workday ends. As long as submissions are on time, you're not expected to be online after hours.
Where will you work from?
From wherever you’d like to. A coffee shop near you, your comfy sofa, or out of a beach in Goa.
The only requirement is that you have a good Internet connection and a calm environment around you when you’re in meetings.
How much is the pay?
Month 1 (Probation): ₹15,000
From Month 2 (Full-time): ₹30,000
If your performance is satisfactory after the first month, you’ll move to full-time mode. We also conduct performance reviews every six months, with raises based on performance.
Do you get any perks or benefits?
Post your first month, you get the following benefits:
Access to your nearest WeWork or similar coworking space
Mobile plan (calling + data)
Therapy sessions
Fitness allowance
Swiggy One or Zomato Pro
OTT platform subscriptions
Books
Courses
Birthday treats
