Who Will You Work With?

You’ll collaborate closely with teams led by Aditi (COO) to turn ideas and content into thoughtful, well-crafted design.

What Will You Do?

  • Design high-quality creatives for client social media platforms, including infographics, banners, and carousels that align with brand tone and messaging.

  • Create engaging and high-converting ad creatives tailored for digital marketing campaigns.

  • Develop visually appealing layouts for blogs, newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and eBooks to improve readability and user experience.

  • Design on-brand graphics for websites, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns.

  • Create marketing assets such as posters, flyers, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.

  • Translate written content and brand guidelines into visually compelling designs that improve storytelling and audience engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with the team to maintain visual consistency across all platforms and client deliverables.

  • Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine and improve design output.

What Outcomes Will We Expect?

Research and Analysis

Study the client’s branding, competitors, and market trends to deliver relevant and impactful designs.

Design Delivery

Produce high-quality creatives consistently, with strong attention to brand identity and context.

Feedback Implementation

Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and reduce recurring revisions over time.

Staying Updated

Keep up with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure fresh and modern outputs.

Creative Input

Proactively suggest ways to improve the visual appeal and effectiveness of our campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or Figma

  • Creativity and strong attention to detail

  • Understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles

  • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly

  • Comfort with tools like Slack, Google Drive, Gmail, and Zoom

  • Willingness to learn collaboration tools like Notion, Asana, and others

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with illustrations or custom graphics

  • Familiarity with UI and UX principles

  • Understanding of motion graphics or animation

What Will You Learn?

  • A comprehensive understanding of how marketing agencies operate and deliver value to clients

  • Access to real-world executive knowledge and perspectives through the work we produce for our clients

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break. We encourage you to log off when the workday ends. As long as submissions are on time, you are not expected to be online after work hours.

Location

We’re fully remote! Work from wherever you prefer. This could be a coffee shop near you, your home, or even a beach in Goa. The only requirement is a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for meetings.

Compensation

Month 1 (Pilot): ₹30,000

From Month 2 (Full-Time): ₹45,000

If your performance is satisfactory after the first month, you will move to full-time mode. We conduct performance reviews every six months, with raises based on performance. In the past two years, every review cycle has ended with a raise. We’re hoping to keep the streak alive.
